Taleem REIT unit holders to vote on SAR 225 mln capital hike Sept. 3

Taleem REIT Fund unit holders will discuss raising capital from SAR 285 million to SAR 510 million through acquiring a new real estate asset in the upcoming meeting on Sept. 3 at Saudi Fransi Capital’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The unit holders will also vote on amending the fund’s terms and conditions, the fund manager said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
The unit holders registered at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day preceding the meeting will have the right to attend the meeting.
