SAMA extends National Day holiday to Monday

Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), the Kingdom’s central bank, said Monday, Sep. 24 will be an official holiday for all financial institutions to celebrate the National Day.

This came after King Salman ordered a one-day extension to the National Day holiday.

The Kingdom celebrates its National Day on Sep. 23; however, Monday will also be an off day as per the new order.
