Nama Chemicals Co. on Thursday submitted its request to increase capital through a rights issue to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), the company said in a bourse statement.

 

In July, the company’s board of directors amended its previous recommendation to raise capital by SAR 200 million instead of SAR 400 million through a rights issue, according to data available on Argaam.
