Total Saudi investment in Dubai's real estate reached nearly AED 3 billion in the first nine months of 2018, the Dubai Land Department said in a statement.

 

These investments were realized through 1,882 real estate transactions, ranking Saudis fourth in the list of biggest property buyers in Dubai, after UAE nationals, Indians and Brits.

 

The overall investment in Dubai real estate reached AED 50 billion by the end of September 2018.
