The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) said in a statement to Tadawul that it deposited today, Oct. 21 the new shares of the Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MedGulf) into shareholders’ portfolios.

 

MedGulf approved a 100 percent capital hike to SAR 800 million through a rights issue, Argaam earlier reported.

 

The SAR 400 million rights issue, which closed on Sep. 30, was 87.35 percent complete.
