GO expects to disclose FY17 financials by year-end

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) said in a bourse statement on Monday that it expects to disclose its annual financial results for the period ending on March 31, 2018 by end of December 2018.
The financials’ delay was attributed to holding talks with related parties over mergers and acquisitions.
It is difficult to determine the related financial impact at present, the telecom operator added.
On June 30, the telecom operator said it was unable to reveal its annual financial statements, amid uncertainty about continuing as a going concern after the Saudi telecom regulator rejected its request for a unified telecom license.
