National Building shareholders to vote on dividend freeze Dec. 30

National Building Marketing Co.’s (NBMC) shareholders on Sunday, Dec. 30 will vote on withholding dividends for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017, the NOMU-listed firm said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
They will also vote on the financial statements and the audit’s reports for the same period.
Shareholders will also discuss the board report for the same fiscal year, board remuneration of SAR 25,000 for each member, and discharge board directors from liabilities during FY 2017.
The formation of the audit committee will be also on the agenda, the statement added.
