Hotel occupancy levels in Jeddah fell 4.3 percent to 44 percent in November, STR Global said in its preliminary report on Monday.​

 

Average daily rate (ADR) dropped 10 percent to SAR 625, while the revenue per available room (RevPAR) declined 14 percent to SAR 274.

 

"Strong supply (up 8.1 percent ) continues to affect performance levels in the market," the consultancy noted.
