BSF shareholders elect board members for the three-year term

Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) shareholders have elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting Jan. 1, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The new board includes Jacques O. Prost, Talal I. Al Maiman, Mazin A. Al Romaih, Ghazi A. Al Rawi, Bader A. Al Issa, Abdulrahman R. Al Rashed, Khalid O. Al Omran, Abdullatif A. Al Othman, Khalid H. Al Mutabagani and Rayan M. Fayez.
During the general assembly meeting, shareholders also approved the formation of an Audit Committee for the coming term along with its tasks, controls and members’ remunerations.
