AlBaha Investment and Development Co.’s shareholders will vote on electing a new board of directors for the next three-year term starting from Feb. 10, 2019, in the general assembly meeting scheduled for Jan. 8.

 

They will also vote on the audit committee formation for the same term, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.
