The Nomu-listed Development Works For Food Co. has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Gulf Co. for Restaurants and Parks Ltd to acquire the franchised fast-food brand, Quiznos Sub, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The MoU will extend for three months as of the signing date.

 

There are no related parties involved in the deal, the statement said, adding that the relevant financial impact will be defined later.
