Kingdom Holding Co.’s (KHC) board of directors appointed Adel Alabdussalam as an executive board member for the current three-year term, ending on Jun. 4, 2021.

 

The new appointment came after Mohammed Fahmy, a non-executive board member, tendered his resignation for personal reasons, the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.

 

The decision is subject to shareholders’ approval in the upcoming general assembly meeting.
