Saudi Ministry of Labour has inked a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) with Ministry of Housing, Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Council of Saudi Chambers and Saudi Contractors Authority to implement Saudization of 80,000 jobs in contracting and real estate sectors.

 

The two-year MoC, which begins in 2019, seeks to boost Saudization rates in both sectors, and enact bylaws, the ministry of labor said in a statement.

 

Saudization rates will be boosted in the contracting segment at 25 percent via housing projects, the statement added.
