Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. has signed a SAR 30 million sharia-compliant credit facility with Saudi British Bank (SABB), the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

 

The loan facility – which is valid from Jan 28, 2019 to Dec. 31, 2019 – will be used to finance working capital requirements and import raw materials, it said.

 

The loan was secured against a promissory note, it added.
