Al-Ahlia for Cooperative Insurance was forced to postpone its extraordinary general assembly meeting on Sunday due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul. 

 

The insurer will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
