Al Ahlia for Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on the prospective merger with Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance Co. on Feb. 18, 2019.

 

The extraordinary general assembly meeting shall be quorate if attended by any number of shareholders, the company said in a bourse statement.
