AlAhli REIT Fund posted a net profit of SAR 66.32 million (SAR 0.48 per unit) for the period ending Dec. 31, 2018, according to a bourse filing.
Net assets stood at SAR 1.39 billion for the same period.
Direct expenses reached SAR 68.06 million, including depreciation of SAR 21.35 million.
The unit’s net book value hit SAR 10.16 for the period ending on Dec. 31, 2018.
