Nama Chemicals shareholders to vote on capital hike on March 4

Nama Chemicals Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a proposed capital hike of SAR 200 million through rights issue, on March 4, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.
The step aims to finance producing specialized chemical products and increasing the capacity of intermediate products plants.
Shareholders will also vote on amending the company’s bylaws.
