Saudi Investment Bank’s (SAIB) general assembly on Sunday elected board members for the new three-year term starting Feb. 14, 2019, the bank said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Abdullah Saleh bin Juma'ah, Abdulaziz A Al-Khamees, Abdulrahman Al-Rawaf, Fouad Saud Alsaleh, Mohammed A. Al Ali, Saleh Ali Al-athel, Yasser Al Jarallah, Mohammed Bamaga and Mohammed Al Grainees.

 

During the meeting shareholders have also approved the formation of the audit committee for the new term and elected its members.
