National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) said that the general assembly of its 9 percent affiliate, National Industrial Gases Co. (Gas), has approved cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018.

 

GASCO’s share of the dividend will be SAR 81 million to be received on four payments at the end of each quarter in 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The financial impact of the dividend will be reflect on GASCO’s financials for FY 2019.
