Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) has named the company’s managing director, Ibrahim Al Alwan, as acting chief executive effective from April 30, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The step followed the resignation of Mamdouh Al Sharhan, the company’s CEO, the statement added.

 

Last August, Al Sharhan was named as Al Akaria’s chief executive officer after the resignation of Saad Al Ayadhi.
