Saudi Arabia’s $500 billion NEOM project will inaugurate several basic infrastructure facilities by the end of this year, the Saudi Press Agency reported, citing Antoni Vives, chief executive officer of City Transformation Agency.

 

NEOM comprises 16 economic sectors that offer mega opportunities to investors worldwide, Vives said during Al Ahsa Investment Forum.

 

In September 2018, NEOM project began environmental, geological, and archaeological surveys to ensure that the execution of any future construction is well-planned and sustainable, Argaam reported.
