SASCO to vote on FY 2018 dividend on April 22

Saudi Automotive Services Co.’s (SASCO) shareholders are set to vote on a 5 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018 during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 22, 2019.
Shareholders will also vote on delegating the board members to distribute cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019.
