Al Ahli REIT Fund posts SAR 67 mln profit in FY 2018

Al Ahli REIT Fund (1) posted a net profit of SAR 66.7 for fiscal year 2018, fund manager NCB Capital said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
The full-year expenses and fees totaled SAR 17.3 million.
Net assets stood at SAR 1.39 billion. Net value per unit hit SAR 10.16 with the number of total units amounting to 137.5 million.
The return for the same period was 4.85 percent, the statement added.
