Al-Khodari expects to disclose FY18 financials by April 29

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. said in a bourse filing on Monday that it expects to issue FY 2018 financial statements by April 29.
“It is difficult to estimate the financial impact, which could arise from the company’s failure to publish its 2018 financial results on time,” the Saudi contractor said, adding the related financial impact will be disclosed in due course.
The delay is not related to the company's operations.
The contracting firm is rather fulfilling some audit requirements, after accumulated losses accounted for 198.52 percent of capital, the statement added.
On April 1, Al-Khodari expected to publish FY 2018 financial statements within 15 days, Argaam reported.
