The Saudi housing ministry’s Sakani program plans to offer 16 projects, comprising more than 24,500 residential units for the ministry and the Real Estate Development Fund’s (REDF) beneficiaries on the waiting lists.

 

Six projects are located in Riyadh, another six in the Eastern Province, while four projects are in Jeddah, the program said in its monthly report.

 

Sakani program aims to help 200,000 Saudi families to own their homes through its housing and financing solutions.
