Alawwal Bank’s shareholders have approved a board recommendation to hold off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2018, the bank said in a bourse statement.

 

The decision comes inline with the merger agreement concluded with the Saudi British Bank (SABB), the statement added.
