Al Jouf Cement Co. has signed, on Tuesday, a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Riga Co. to convert its second production line to white cement production, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The MoU is valid for six months from the signing date.

 

No related parties are involved in the transactions.

 

The Chinese company has not yet completed the notes on the non-received part of the second line, and will complete it during the conversion period of the production line for white cement production, the statement added.
