Electrical Industries Co.’s shareholders have approved a board recommendation to hold off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2018, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders have also approved the buyback of 500,000 shares of the company’s shares, to be allocated under the employee stock option program.

 

The purchase will be financed from the company’s internal resources.
