Makkah Construction and Development Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year ended Jan. 2019 on May 22, 2019.

 

 Shareholders of record on May 1, 2019, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Earlier this month, the company’s general assembly approved a 20 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year ended Jan. 2019, at SAR 2 per share, amounting to SAR 329.6 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
