Hail Cement Co. will shut down its production line starting from May 26 to perform scheduled maintenance for the raw materials furnace and mill, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

The shutdown will continue until the maintenance work is complete.

 

The financial impact of this shutdown will be reflected on Q2 2019 financials.

 

The plant’s cement mills and packaging line will continue to work during the shutdown period to fulfill the company’s obligations towards its clients, the statement added.
