Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. is studying available options for capital restructuring with specialist consultants to maximize shareholder interests, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

The related updates will be disclosed soon, the statement added.

 

In February, the construction company said its accumulated losses accounted for 198.52 percent of its total capital, Argaam reported.
