Saudi Real Estate Co.’s (Al Akaria) general assembly has approved a board recommendation to hold off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a statement.

 

In April, the company’s board of directors amended its recommendation for distributing cash dividend for FY 2018 due to the decline of retained earnings account.
