Samba Financial Group received a license from Dubai Financial Services Authority (DSFA) to operate as an authorized firm from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

 

The company said in a bourse statement that it will offer selected financial services to professional clients and market counterparties from its DIFC branch.

 

The setting up of Samba’s DIFC branch is part of the firm’s overall growth plans, it added, noting that it will further strengthen the UAE franchise and also serve as a base for clients in the region.

 

Samba has been present in the UAE since 2008 through its branch operations licensed by the UAE Central Bank.
