Saudi Arabia records 48 COVID-19 cases on Friday

Saudi Arabia recorded 48 COVID-19 cases today, Oct. 8, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 547,497, the Ministry of Health stated.

Recoveries reached 41, raising the total number of recovered cases to 536,534 (98% of total COVID-19 cases).

Critical cases totaled 138.

The Kingdom reported three new deaths, with the death toll standing at 8,739.
