Hail Cement Co.’s board of directors appointed Abdulmalik Alrajhi as Chairman and Abduaziz M. A. Alkassabi as Deputy Chairman, according to a bourse statement.
Fahad Musaad AlRasheedi was appointed as secretary of the board.
Meanwhile, they formed the nominations and remunerations committee and appointed the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
