Foreign institutions net sellers of SAR 570.9M on TASI last week

Foreign institutions on the Main Market (TASI) were net sellers of stocks worth SAR 570.9 million during the week ended July 30, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in its latest weekly report.
Foreign institutions accounted for 40.27% of total buy transactions and 43.05% of total sell trades on TASI.
Saudi retail investors were net buyers of shares worth SAR 103.7 million, mainly driven by individuals who recorded net purchases of about SAR 457.3 million. Meanwhile, professional investors were net sellers of shares worth SAR 251.9 million, followed by managed portfolios at SAR 61.7 million and high-net-worth investors at SAR 40 million.
Saudi corporates were net buyers of shares worth SAR 444.3 million, mainly driven by companies, which recorded net purchases of about SAR 408 million, followed by investment funds at SAR 82.8 million. Meanwhile, corporate managed portfolios and government entities were net sellers at SAR 32.1 million and SAR 14.4 million, respectively.
