Hail Cement Co.’s board of directors on June 19 named Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, governor of the Hail region, as the company’s new chairman.

 

The board accepted the resignation of chairman Prince Saud bin Abdulmohsen Al Saud (non-executive) on the same date.

 

The decisions are pending the general assembly’s approval.
