SIDC board member resigns

Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) announced today, Jan. 3, 2021, the resignation of board member, Ahmed bin Fouad bin Ahmed Al-Baz (independent member), due to his business commitments.

 

The resignation was submitted on Dec. 31, 2020, and will be effective from Jan. 1, 2021, the company added in a bourse statement.
