UCA says board member resigns

United Cooperative Assurance Co.’s (UCA) board of directors approved the resignation of Faisal Hussein Badran (independent member) from his position effective from Oct. 6, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The resignation was submitted due to his other work obligations, the statement added.
