SAIC announces resignation of board member

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) board of directors approved the resignation of Abdullah Alsanea from his position as an independent board member due to personal reasons, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The resignation is effective from June 1, the statement added.
