Maadaniyah appoints Chairman, Vice Chairman

The board of directors of National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) appointed, on June 8, Fawaz Al-Fawaz (non-executive board member) as Chairman, and Shaker Al-Otaibi (executive board member) as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the board appointed Faisal Al-Dakhil as board secretary and Mansour Al-Ghurairi (board member) as Chairman of the audit committee.

 

Omar Al-Balali (board member) and Abdulaziz Fares (non-board member) were appointed as audit committee members.

 

The board and audit committee appointments will take effect from the start of the new board term on May 25, 2026.
