Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) had a staff strength of 3,321 by the end of 2025, with Saudi nationals accounting for 85.9% of the workforce. Non-Saudis made up the remaining 14.1%.

 

Men accounted for 65.07% of the workforce, while women made up 34.93%.

 

According to the fund’s annual report, 549 new employees joined PIF in 2025, bringing the workforce to 62 nationalities. The following table details the workforce distribution and hiring trends.
