Chemanol to form audit committee, elect new board members in November

Methanol Chemicals Co.’s (Chemanol) shareholders on Nov. 1 will elect board members for the coming three-year term starting on Nov. 12, 2018.

 

Shareholders will also elect a new audit committee in addition to setting its members’ bonuses, the company said in a bourse filing.
