National Building slapped with SAR 10,000 fine on delayed financials

The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) has imposed a fine of SAR 10,000 on the National Building & Marketing Co., according to an official statement.

 

This was due to the company's failure to disclose financial statements for the period ending on Dec. 31, 2019 on time.
