AlJazira Mawten REIT Fund (Aljazira REIT) has leased warehouse 1, bloc 4, located in Al khomrah, Jeddah to Alam Al-Wisam for SAR 853,660, fund manager Aljazira Capital said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The three-year contract, which comes into effect on Aug. 25, 2019, is expected to have a positive impact on the fund’s financial results for 2019.
