Shareholders of Abdulla Saad Abo Moati for Bookstore Co. will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019 on Sept. 5, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on Aug. 21, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend. 

 

June, the company’s board recommended a 5 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019, at SAR 0.50 per share, amounting to SAR 8 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
