Najran Cement Co.’s newly-elected board of directors have reappointed Mohammed bin Manaa Aballala (non-executive member) as chairman, the company said in a statement on Tadawul on Tuesday.

 

Salah bin Yassin Allaf (independent member) was named as deputy chairman.

 

Abdulsalam Abdullah Aldraibi was also reappointed as chief executive officer.

 

The cement producer also elected members of the audit, remunerations and executive committees and approved their terms of reference and member remunerations.

 

On June 19, Najran shareholders elected a new board of directors for the next three-year term starting August 9, 2019.
