National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) has appointed Khaled Al Khudair as chairman of the board of directors and Ibrahim bin Abdelrahman as vice chairman, effective immediately.

 

This came after Mohammed Al Khudair, NCLE’s chairman and non-executive board member, submitted his resignation for personal reasons, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

NCLE's board of directors also decided to cancel the role of the Managing Director as of Sep. 2, 2019.
