The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has imposed a fine of SAR 20,000 on Halwani Bros on violation of the regulatory rules related to offering of securities and continuing obligations, the market regulator said in a statement.

 

The company did not disclose its interim financial statements for Q1 2019 within the specified period. Halwani figures were published on May 29, 2019
